Adidas knows that the softball vertical market has a core of fans dedicated to the stars of the sport. These girls and young women play the sport and are thrilled with the success of the Olympics-winning team and the development of professional softball in the United States. When they asked Avenue A | Razorfish to redesign the site they asked for a new approach that brought the community closer together. This project under Mike's management created a site that was an early adopter of Web 2.0 concepts such as user-generated content and a 2-way dialog with the users.
